“Alex”, as the proprietor proudly calls himself, certainly knows his craft. His martabak telor is crispy on the outside and plump on the inside, though his sauce, previously flavour-packed and dense, has lately become the pale figment of its own imagination. His martabak manis is still the stuff of late evening jonesing.
